Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the symposium program chair and received no later than 11:59 PM EST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests will not be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
Received by January 31, 2023 – Full refund
Received February 1 through February 17, 2023 – 50% refund
Received on or after February 18, 2023 – No refunds
