MIT Sloan Program

Nikki Aitcheson-Huehn is an awardee for the MIT Sloan Sports Conference 2023 Mentorship Program. From the program’s website: The Sloan Sports Analytics Conference Mentorship Program is focused on Women and Black students and those early in their career with interest in a sports career. We are committed to elevating and broadening diversity in sports.

Program award winners will:

• Receive one ticket to attend the 17th Sloan Sports Analytics Conference
• Be paired with a senior professional in the sports industry for 6 months
• Be provided networking opportunities with other mentees and mentors, career advice panels, and skill-building workshops through in-person/virtual programming

Applicants were selected based on their demonstrated interest in the sports industry from their responses to the short answer questions in the online application. Mentor/mentee pairings will be announced before the conference in March.
